Materials
Our acoustic wooden panels are of high-quality and contain no harmful chemicals or materials.
The base of our 2400 (mm) wooden slatted panels consists of 8 (mm) thick black felt , while the base of our 2800 (mm) wooden slatted panels consist of 7 (mm) thick black felt made from up to 40% recycled plastic bottles. The material is certified in accordance with the requirements of Global Recycle Standards, it contains no chemicals or substances that are harmful to health such as formaldehyde or pentachlorophenol.

The wooden slatted panels are 12mm thick and made from MDF / Plywood strips that are finished with veneer. The slats are 2400/2800mm high x 27mm wide and 13mm apart.
If required, our acoustic timber panels can be trimmed to size using a saw if the wall/ceiling is less than 2400mm.
The maximum tolerance in the panel dimensions is +/- 1 mm.
Installation
MuffleTimber can be installed with screws or applied with adhesive to offer a fast and simple installation process. For installations aiming to align slats end-to-end seamlessly, we highly recommend maintaining a 3-5mm shadow gap, whether for walls or ceilings.
